The Fierce Decorum Quarterly Report // Quarter 3 2024

That's it! Q3 HAS COME TO A CLOSE

Client Call-outs:

CLIENT 1 // Professional Food Photographer

We helped map out her client process, developed her client onboarding, and worked with her web team to support FAQs and fill in her process gaps. We created internal client-facing systems and processes to enhance efficiency, built out Dubsado for client management and onboarding, and set up ClickUp. We collaborated on a four-month project where we developed packages, refined proposals, both client-facing and internal processes, developed and designed a welcome guide and pricing sheet, built out ClickUp, created social media templates, and formulated a social media strategy with content ideas. We also prepared her with content ideas and social templates for activation.

CLIENT 2 // Marketing Co-Op

We worked to map out their client and subcontractor process (the people who come and do work). We workshopped all internal and client/subcontractor-facing tasks. We reviewed their tech stack and solutions for growth and scalability and conducted research and testing on different applications to support the execution of client and team member management. We built out processes to help them stay organized, redesigned the proposal template, and updated the design and flow of client-facing documents. We built out Dubsado for onboarding, discussed processes around subcontractor training and canned emails, refined their current CRM, and created automation between their tech stack. We also built out a ClickUp space to manage internal projects.

OTHER CLIENTS WE WORKED WITH AND PROBLEMS WE SOLVED:

Social Media Agency //

We kicked off in September to help the CEO prepare solid systems for a successful maternity leave, where she could feel confident that her team will work to keep her business running well. The Fierce Decorum team stepped in as fractional support to assist with team support, client work, and client management. We built out ClickUp from the ground up, established internal management processes, and met with the entire team to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Professional Home Organizer //

We started a three-month engagement in September, focusing on client processes, building a custom CRM, updating the website, and developing a social media plan.

Tech Product Company //

For this client, we did a comprehensive marketing audit and strategy (including email, website, and social media), performed a CRM list cleanup, researched different CRM options, as well as addressed other operational needs.

Interior Designer //

This client uses Tiff as her Back Pocket Ops Director, with monthly calls to workshop problems and solutions on an ongoing basis.

UX Researcher //

For this client, we worked on a content repurposing package where we developed, designed, and published content while supporting blog content development.

Tiff supported the agency as a business babysitter, she helped the team while the CEO was traveling. She helped onboard new team members and provided ongoing operations support as a Fractional Operations Director.

Coach, Author, and Speaker //

The team helped with content creation, social and email management, and coaching reports. We also worked with the client’s PR Agency as the implementers of her book launch, which was released in September. That included social content, email campaigns, website updates, design projects, and asset creation to support the book and the keynote that will be a part of the overall platform.

Business Consultant //

We supported developing, designing, and publishing LinkedIn content and their email newsletters.

Staging and Interior Design //

They also developed blog content, social media templates, and social content, created an email marketing strategy, and developed a Clickup editorial process to support execution.

Botanical Florist //

Tiff operates as a Fractional Operations Director to the CEO. We supported her in refining her services and updating her proposal and website. We also help with the ongoing development, designing, and publishing of blogs, advertising, and social media content.
