The Fierce Decorum Report // 2024 Highlights

As we wrap up another year at Fierce Decorum, we’re taking a moment to reflect on the incredible work we’ve done, the businesses we’ve supported, and the growth we’ve helped create.

One of the highlights of the year for Tiff was working with a new client—a thriving social media agency—where she stepped in as a Fractional Operations Director. This engagement was all about building sustainable systems to ensure the business could run smoothly during the founder’s maternity leave. From refining internal workflows to helping the team work more collaboratively, and ultimately helping to hire a key team member, the goal was to create a strong foundation that would support both the team and the business long after the founder’s return. The true win, was getting a note that the founder had not even opened her laptop for three weeks, but was able to be fully present as a new mom.

We worked with an eager team ready to streamline their processes, strategizing solutions to boost efficiency. Watching those systems come to life and seeing the team step confidently into their roles was incredibly rewarding—it reinforced just how powerful strong operations and strategic hiring are in building a business for long-term success.

Coming up in Q1:

Revamping Our Internal Systems – We’ve spent so much time building efficient systems for our clients, and now it’s time to turn that focus inward. We’ll be streamlining and optimizing our own workflows to better support our team and clients in 2025.

Welcoming a New Team Member – We’re bringing on additional support for Tiff to help elevate operations and ensure we continue to serve our clients at the highest level. More hands, more efficiency, more impact!

More In-Person Connections – Tiff has realized that she thrives in face-to-face interactions, and we’re leaning into that in 2025! We’re loving our local clients and the ability to meet up, brainstorm over coffee, and collaborate in person. Expect to see more IRL strategy and operations support this year!

Building a retreat for a client - Tiff is loving the opportunity of creating immersive, strategic experiences that bring teams together beyond the virtual space. This client retreat will focus on connection, giving the team the space to reflect, strategize, and strengthen their dynamic. Tiff is looking forward to facilitating engaging workshops, thoughtful discussions, and impactful exercises to help the team start the year off strong.

New Strategy Sessions for Local Clients – We’re now offering custom in-person strategy sessions, tailored to each business’s needs. Tiff has been able to do half-day intensives with clients and even got to travel to Detroit with a long time client for a 3 day strategy deep dive.
