Refunds & Chargebacks

We understand that you are investing in your business by investing in any of Our Offers, which is why we aim to provide great quality Offers. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase; however, due to the nature of Our Offers, refunds are limited.

General Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds will not be issued once an order has been placed. Downloads are closely monitored to ensure you can successfully access digital products.

Courses

We want You to be satisfied with Your purchase, but We also want You to give Your best effort in completing and implementing the strategies, information, and tools included within Our courses. We offer a 5 day refund period for purchase of Our courses or mini-courses; however, We require certain standards be met for You to qualify for a refund of Your purchase. In order to qualify for a refund of a course: 

  • The purchase must have been competed with the past 5 days;

  • You must demonstrate You completed the course; and

  • You must demonstrate You attempted to implement the information contained within the course without success, including submitting proof of such attempted implementation. 

Refunds will not be issued more than 5 days following the date of Your purchase. After which all payments, including payment plans, are non-refundable regardless of if you complete or implement the course. 

If You receive a refund or any purchase through this Agreement, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted to You to use the material provided to You. You shall immediately cease the use of any Offers, and shall destroy any copies of the Offers or the information provided to You within, including without limitation, video recordings, audio recordings, forms, templates, documents, slide shows, paid membership areas (including social media groups limited to paid members), and any other resources. 

To request a refund contact Our support team at team@fiercedecorum. All refunds are discretionary as determined by Tiffany Hoeft LLC DBA Fierce Decorum.  

Group-Coaching

We want You to be satisfied with Your purchase, but We also want You to give Your best effort in completing and implementing the strategies, information, and tools included within Our group-coaching programs. We offer limited discretionary refunds due to personal circumstances that prevent Your completion of any group-coaching program. To qualify for a refund you must contact Tiffany Hoeft LLC DBA Fierce Decorum before the group-coaching program ends, and you must provide proof as to why you are unable to complete the program. All refunds for group-coaching programs are discretionary as determined by Tiffany Hoeft LLC DBA Fierce Decorum.  

Refunds will not be issued after the group-coaching program has ended, whether or not you completed any or all of the work. After which all payments, including payment plans, are non-refundable. 

If You receive a refund or any purchase through this Agreement, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted to You to use the material provided to You. You shall immediately cease the use of any Offers, and shall destroy any copies of the Offers or the information provided to you within, including without limitation, video recordings, audio recordings, forms, templates, documents, slide shows, paid membership areas (including social media groups limited to paid members), and any other resources.

Chargebacks

You agree to make every attempt to contact the Company prior to attempting a chargeback with Your financial institution. In the event of a chargeback attempt, You expressly agree to forfeit any and all of the materials afforded to You in exchange for Your original purchase. We reserve the right to present proof of Your access and these Terms and Conditions of Use to the financial institution investigating the dispute.

Guarantees, Liabilities, and Disclaimers

Warranties
